We have produced a form for you to use to supply the necessary information to Customs Clearance Ltd, when you instruct us to handle clearance on your behalf. Complete all necessary fields, moving between fields using the TAB key. Once complete, SAVE the form using an appropriate reference and email it to info@customsclearanceuk.com. Please note that by giving us the information on this form, you are also authorising Customs Clearance Ltd to act as your customs broker using the details supplied.
